Yamaha's digital saxophone YDS-150 has landed – and Music Elements is proud to be the first in Southeast Asia to bring it to you, wherever you are in the world.
The YDS-150 was designed to be a saxophone that would allow anyone to experience the joy of performing, anytime, anywhere. The groundbreaking new wind instrument retains the full expressiveness of the saxophone, yet unlike an acoustic saxophone it can be as quiet as you want, making it more convenient and easier to play.
Yes, it comes with volume control!
How does it work?
Blowing into the mouthpiece creates resonance through the entire instrument—a vibration you can feel in your lips, fingertips, and even your heart.
Its Integrated Bell Acoustic System, created by the fusion of acoustic and digital technologies, delivers an incredibly authentic, gorgeous sound that even feels and responds as if you were playing an acoustic instrument.
It might look like a soprano saxophone, but it can also produce the sounds of the basic saxophone types of soprano, alto, tenor, and baritone. You can even select from and play nine other wind instruments with the YDS-150.
