Pre-Order Policy:

  1. Deposit Requirement: For pre-order items, we require a full deposit of the total amount to proceed with the pre-order. This deposit ensures that your desired item is reserved exclusively for you.

  2. Notification of Arrival: Customers who pre-order will be notified through email, text, or phone as soon as the item has arrived and is ready for collection or shipment. We will keep you informed about the progress of your pre-order.

  3. Unfulfilled Pre-Orders: In the event that a pre-order cannot be fulfilled due to reasons beyond the company's control, such as manufacturing delays or supply chain disruptions, we will provide a refund of the deposit amount to the customer. 

  4. Varied Arrival Times: Please note that when pre-ordering multiple items, the arrival times of the items may vary. We will inform you individually about the availability of each item as it arrives.

  5. Shipping Fees: Shipping fees will be charged separately at a later time when the pre-ordered item is ready to be shipped. The exact shipping charges will be communicated to you prior to finalizing the shipment.

  6. Estimated Delivery Time: All pre-order items are estimated to reach our warehouse within 2 to 6 months from the date of pre-order. Please be aware that these timelines are approximate and subject to change due to factors beyond our control, such as manufacturing and logistical delays.

  7. Refunds: Due to the nature of pre-orders and the associated procurement processes, refunds for pre-ordered items are generally not possible once the item has arrived at our warehouse. We kindly ask for your understanding in this matter.
