These B20+ cymbals have a raw hammered bell, gentle taper, complex hammering, fully lathed playing surface, low profile, and thin weight.
This produces good stick articulation from the playing surface, yet has a very good wash (frequencies, harmonics, and inharmonics) and very wide 'spread' (frequencies) due to the lathed playing surface. These cymbals still retain a strong ping from the bell due to the wide hammered bell.
This series also includes the Argent Jazz Earth Ride. Instead of the standard hammered bell, they feature a smaller, unlathed bell, producing a significantly darker and complex tone.
