How Do I Qualify For Free Shipping?

All online orders that are $99 and above qualify for free shipping within Singapore. Offer does not apply for international orders.

Who Pays Duties and Taxes on International Orders?

Music Elements is not responsible for any duties and taxes that a customer might incur on all international orders. It is the responsibility of the customer to contact their local customs for tax information before placing their order.

How Do You Deliver Local Orders?

For local orders, delivery is either done by our very own delivery team or via SingPost’s SmartPac service.

How Do You Ship International Orders?

We ship internationally via SingPost’s Speedpost Service, FedEx and DHL Express. Choice of freight forwarder or courier depends on the volume of purchase.

What Forms Of Payment Do You Accept?

We accept Cash, Cheque, Bank Transfer or NETS payment at our retail showroom.

We accept Secured Credit Card Payment through PayPal for all online purchases.

Monday-Friday: 10.00am-6.00pm

Saturday/Sunday: 11.00am-5.00pm

Generally, we do not work on Public Holidays, but do call us for an appointment if you wish to visit on a PH.
